Shane was a very relaxed agent to deal with. I changed my mind and got dates mixed up re when I was able to sign my purchase contract at the beginning. Shane just went with the flow and allowed things to happen when I was ready rather than pressuring me to make decisions according to his timetable. He didn't 'over-sell' which would have put me off. He let the property sell itself. He was always available when I needed him.

I found Shane Crosbie to be a very approachable person when I first made contact through a real estate google search. I approached the selling of my property by finding the agent that had similar properties for sale in the local area and I came up with Shane’s name. I rang him and arranged to meet him at the property while I was doing a final inspection after my tenant vacated. There was a number of things that needed to be done to get it to a saleable state such as cleaning, mowing and rubbish removal. Shane stepped up to the plate and offered to attend to obtaining quotes and taking care of all the small jobs which I was unable to attend to because of my work commitments. He advised me how I should present the property for sale and with his help I managed to secure a quick sale which I wanted. The property settled before Christmas and I could have then have the Christmas break and long awaited holiday.
